Condolences to @berwynheightsvfd14 and family/frie Condolences to @berwynheightsvfd14 and family/friends of Active Volunteer Life Member and Past Assistant Chief James “Jimmy” Kiernan who passed away on November 5, 2025. Jimmy joined the Berwyn Heights Volunteer Fire Department on May 1st, 1987 where he has faithfully served in an active status for the past 38 years. During his tenure, Jimmy held all ranks from Lieutenant to Assistant Chief, and most recently serving on the Board of Directors. As a mentor, teacher, coach, and above all, friend, Jimmy was an institution at Berwyn Heights and loved by all.
